A Sweet and Spicy Juniper led Gin with the Sansho Berry making multiple appearances followed by a Silky Orange finish

This English Gin is produced by the Team at Todka and is made with a selection of secret Botanicals

and like with our Navy Gin we add just a tiny pinch of sea salt after distillation to give it that slight hint of coastal air

It is matured in whiskey barrels and was awarded a gold medal at the International Sugar Cane Spirits Tasting Competition in Ybor City

The result is a more Herby forward mezcal with hints of Red Berries alongside notes of Thyme and Pepper throughout
