This is a perfectly balanced wine

fruitier and more refined the sake will be

a blend made only in the best years from 40% malbec

with a priority on cooler growing conditions (and even a few northern exposures)

Bright red berry and watermelon fruit are complemented by saline minerality on the nose

ripe and bursting with flavor

coffee and cinnamon linger deep into the finish with fresh acidity and chalky tannins

wonderfully concentrated and well structured
