The Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of Desh General Insurance Company Limited is appointed by the Board of Directors  in compliance with the Corporate Governance Guidelines by Bangladesh Securities Exchange Commission (BSEC) and Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA). There are Five (05) members in the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) including one (01) Independent Director of the Company.
