Vedrenne Liqueur de Paris (stones of the Sloe plum) 18% 700ml CabernetAn 18% liqueur made from the stones of the sloe plum (prunelle) a niche almond bitter expression in Vedrenne's range, distinct from the standard prunelle crme. Distilled and bottled in Nuits Saint Georges in the Cte d'Or, made by cold maceration of the fruit in neutral alcohol in rotating stainless steel vats, away from light and air, then sweetened with dry sugar only. Nose: Bitter almond, stone fruit kernel, light marzipan. Palate: Faintly bitter
