KING Hand Puppet ~ Early 20th c. Punch and Judy Rare! papier macheDating back to early 20th Century, this handsome King Hand Puppet is a special find from a German Kasperletheater collection. The face is very expressive and its wooden head is meticulously carved and hand painted. It has a fabric body with wooden hands and feet. The puppet shows lots of wear, with scuffs, paint loss, stains, discoloration, staining, small holes, repairs etc. But its age and imperfections give an added layer of character to the piece.
