Boeing F/A-18E Super Hornet CBR1000The Super Hornet is a re designed version of the actual service Hornet wich will succeed it within a few years, because the planned A 12 attack fighter has been cancelled for economical reasons. The Super Hornet is being designed with a whole series of new technologies by using new component materials and an improved aerodynamic shape. Thanks to partially hidden air intakes certain stealth features against radar have been obtained.
