Bross WIZARD Hand Puppet ~ circa 1950s Rare! GirlfriendFritz Herbert Bross (1910 1976) was a German puppet maker and puppeteer that came from a family of wood sculptors. Originally trained as an engineer, he devoted his life to the world of puppets, developing some outstanding characters for puppeteers and theater companies alike. His creations combine a refined visual sensibility with a mastery of all technical aspects behind a professional puppet. His puppets are rare and highly sought after! Here's one

This is an unusual full body puppet with hanging legs

Shows some age wear with fading and paint loss

His body is made of colorful fabric with detailed felt hands

It has lost all its Steiff IDs and has a light stain on the front part of its body
