This is the result of a five time distillation process whilst mixing it with the Juiciest Black Grapes which they can lay their hands on

Produced in the tradition of the classic Pennsylvania Rye Whiskeys

This whisky is bottled directly from the cask at close to cask strength and possesses a distinctive personality characterised by solidity

Along with the other Botanicals involved the Gin has a Spicy body of Juniper and Cardamom with notes of Juicy Raspberries and Orange with a Juicy Cucumber finish

followed by the creamy smoothness that defines Bayou Rum

yet sweet and warm finish

Caramel leads at the forefront of this Whisky and then notes of Vanilla and Chocolate come through before parting for a Sweet Nutty flavour

This has a Fiery like body with notes of sharp Citrus and Spices throughout with subtle notes of Vanilla
