Grand Tour Bronze & Slate Temple Models, c.1880 RegencyA pair of large Grand Tour slate temple models with gilt bronze figures of Bacchus and Pan housed within, c. 1880. Each model boasts a domed top above six reeded pillars with gilt detailing above a stepped base. The small gilt bronze figures of Bacchus and Pan within each temple are very crisply cast and boast impressive detail. There are some signs of wear commensurate with age, namely a few scuffs and chips to the extremities in areas, predominantly

creating a very thick slightly flexible plastic like material
