Vini Rabasco Rosso Cancelli 2024 (750ml) Cremant d' AlsaceThe grapes come from a single vineyard called Cancelli, 450m above sea level in the commune of Loreto Aprutino in the province of Pescara. The vineyard covers 4 hectares and the vines are all over 40 years of age and benefits from the Gran Sasso Mountain on one side and the Adriatic Sea on the other. Fermentation occurs spontaneously through indigenous yeasts and without temperature control in cement tanks. After fermentation is complete the wine is

combined with the elegance and subtlety of Chardonnays

with real drive pushing through to the lasting finish

between the Garonne and Dordogne Rivers

but this is going to provide its best showing in the medium-term

On the palate there is a mouthwatering acidity with a slight grapefruit flavor that keeps drinkers coming back for more
