It needs a little coaxing to unlock fragrant scents of black raspberries, rose oil, and juicy cherries, leading to suggestions of tar, crushed rocks, and black truffles. Floral laced black berry layers slowly build on the medium to full bodied palate, textured by beautifully plush tannins, finishing long and earthy. I love the singular personality emerging here!
