Gravner - Ribolla 2016 SagrantinoRibolla 2016 is made by Josko Gravner from Ribolla Gialla grown in Friuli, following his long established method of fermentation on skins in Georgian amphorae. Farming is organic, with a strict, non interventionist approach in the cellar. Extended maceration and aging give the wine structure and stability without relying on technology. A reference wine for skin contact whites, produced with consistency and conviction.
