season proceeded with only a few minor heat events

Shows solid structure and lingers nicely on the finish

with the percentages of each variety changing with each vintage

The palate oscillates between fruit and tannin without one dominating the other

this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (75%) and Franc (25%) offers aromas of cassis
