Planteray Pineapple Stiggins' Fancy Rum 70cl brofferThis Fruity little treat was created in honour of Reverend Stiggins a character from Charles Dickens' Pickwick Papers. They produce this by taking the rinds of Pineapples and infusing it with their White rum for a week and then distilling this, then they take the main part of the Fruit and infuse it with dark rum for three months. Finally these are both combine together and left to mature for three more months in casks and the result is the Fantastic

To create this Gin the Isle of Wight team have taken their original recipe Gin and infused it with Island Strawberries which has allowed for a much Fruitier Gin to be produced which is as expected extremely refreshing ad perfect for Summer
