Tanima-no-yuki Size:1 gal Premium quality 3-4 year old trees 8-12 inches tall x 6 inches wideA Japanese white pine with the name meaning 'Snow in the Valley'. The plant is a dwarf miniature cultivar growing in a globose to pyramidal shape and, if happy, will reach 30 inches in 10 years (ours is much slower growing than this). In the spring, white new growth emerges from light pink candles, giving it a tricolor look at that time. Although it is somewhat hard to establish, it is well worth the extra effort.
