Light yellow with golden reflections, very fine perlage. Rich, expressive bouquet of ripe fruit complemented by notes of orange peel, herbs and dried grass. Lively on the palate, very creamy, notes of grapefruit in the finish. Great soloist, a classic with fish and poultry dishes.
