RMS Lusitania Medallion 778This old medallion was made in England for propaganda against Germany following the sinking of RMS Lusitania (Cunard Liner) by German U boat U20. Of the 2100 passengers on board 1201 perished. Germany had a medallist named Karl Goetz who made a medal as propaganda as the ship was mainly a passenger ship the British allowed to sail knowing submarines were around.
