Chateau Rieussec Vintage 1970 VINTAGE WINES 1989Although not as good a vintage as it was for the red wines of Bordeaux, Sauternes enjoyed an Indian summer enabling further ripening of the grapes. Typical blend, Semilon, Sauvignon Blanc. 75cl bottle. Abv% not stated. Bottle condition, capsule good, label good, wine level mid shoulder.

In 2005 he sold the winery and brand name to the Cottin brothers and he remained involved until 2009
